Our place is less than an hour from several beaches, State, County Parks and hiking. This space is perfect for two !

The space
This space is very cozy! 17 x 17 It has black out blinds and is very quiet. When opened the 103" window opens up to the Mill Pond and Birding Deck.
Bathroom is separate from Cabin. About 100ft away. We do have a separate listing where the bathroom is inside. Look under Joey’s Camper
There is a Microwave, Coffee Maker and Dorm Size Fridge but no other Kitchen amenities. There is an outside sink with filtered drinking water.
40 inch Smart TV.
Space is located on owners property and is directly behind their home. Guest have their own private entrance and their own patio as well as shared spaces like a birding deck over the water, hammocks and three fire pits.
We have several dogs and you may see them occasionally but they do not interact with guests.
This cabin does not allow pets of any kind even service animals as we have a family member that stays occasionally and has allergies. We do have another listing, Joey’s Camper that allows pets.
Guest access
We are located 1/4 of a mile from Tin City. This is where you will find Gas Station, Local Butcher, Ice Cream, Restaurants, Grocery Store and even a Walmart. Ice and ATM are almost right across the street from your cabin.
Over 20 restaurants are also located in downtown Wallace which is a mile away.
There is plenty of room for parking in our large gravel driveway. There are signs on where to park for Sparrow's nest.
Other things to note
We are located off of a highway that can be busy at times. We lovingly refer to our place as the Mullet House "Business In the front and party in the back!" Your cabin is located behind the house and is almost sound proof (extra insulation).
Behind your cabin is the Mill Pond and it is very tranquil.
We have three fire pits, a grill for guest use, and a patio set on the deck overlooking the Mill Pond for guest use.
We have pets but they do not interact with our guests.
We also have free range ducks that are very loving but will not come up to you.
